Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is actively seeking an experienced Project Architect to join a Leeds City Centre studio. You will drive design, coordination and delivery across RIBA Stages 0–7, working with Architects, Designers and Technologists to lead packages and coordinate teams.

The role suits an Architect who enjoys responsibility for workload and project delivery within a collaborative studio. ARB registration and 3–5 years PQE are essential, with Revit experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• ARB registration as a qualified Architect.
• Minimum of 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience at Project Architect level or with significant delivery responsibility.
• Strong design and technical abilities with coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to produce coordinated construction information and detailed design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day management and delivery of architectural projects.
• Lead and coordinate projects through multiple RIBA stages.
• Produce and review planning, tender and construction information.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, specifications and technical packages.
• Coordinate information between architectural, structural, MEP and other consultants.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and local authorities.
• Manage project programmes, deadlines and deliverables.
• Attend client, design team and site meetings.
• Review design and technical information for quality and compliance.
• Support junior team members.
