Bennett and Game have the pleasure of working with a reputable architectural practice based in Stamford who are looking for a Project Architect to join their growing team. With over 23 years' experience, our client has an extensive list of companies they have worked with, including retail leading blue-chip companies. The predominant focus will be working within the industrial and commercial sector whilst using Revit software. The client offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000, along with an excellent package including a progression plan, support programme, healthcare, over 30 days annual leave, gym access, and access to a discount code platform.

Project Architect Overview

• Oversee and manage projects independently, focusing on multi-million-pound industrial schemes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage all RIBA stages
• Prepare tender applications and presentations
• Resolve problems during construction
• Liaise with clients and develop key relationships

Requirements

• ARB registered
• Proven experience using Revit
• Ability to run own projects
• Understanding of steel frames and cladding systems (preferable)
• Good design skills
