Responsibilities

• Deliver on a range of refurbishment, new-build, and reclad schemes


• Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved


• Liaise with clients, contractors and other members of the team


• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit

Qualifications / Requirements

• ARB registered


• Strong post-qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice


• Proficiency with Revit


• Experience working on residential projects


• Job running experience


• Experience working across RIBA stages 3-6 in particular


• Strong attention to detail


• Excellent drawing and design skills
