Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a talented Project Architect for their expanding team in Newcastle. The role involves managing projects independently, liaising with clients, and working across all RIBA stages on exciting projects valued between £5m - £20m.

The ideal candidate will need to be an ARB or RIBA registered Architect with strong design skills and good knowledge of Revit. Benefits include a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, pension scheme, healthcare, and flexible/hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience of managing projects.
• Experience mentoring junior members of staff where applicable.
• Living within a commutable distance of Newcastle.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage projects independently.

• Prepare tender applications and presentations.
• Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction.
• Liaise with clients and develop key relationships.

The successful Project Architect should have a good understanding and experience of running their own projects as well as managing various schemes.
