Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Architect with 5 years' residential experience to join a well-established architectural firm.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

As a Project Architect, you will be leading bespoke residential projects from early design through to delivery on site.

They are looking for someone to start immediately.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as an Architect, Principal Architect, Associate Architect, Senior Architect, Lead Architect or in a similar role.
2. At least 5 years of post-Part 3 experience, in high-end residential houses in London.
3. Demonstrable experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages.
4. Strong technical drawing skills with the ability to produce a complete set of construction drawings.
5. Proven success navigating planning applications within London boroughs.
6. Confident using Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
7. Strong understanding of interior architecture, FF&E, and material specification.
8. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and compliance standards.
