Job Description:

Role Overview:

The Project Application Engineer will deliver process control system solutions, involving all project phases from requirements gathering to training. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Define system requirements with customers
• Design automation systems including enclosures, networking, instrumentation, and supervisory systems
• Create functional and test specifications
• Implement control and SCADA software
• Conduct system testing and commissioning
• Provide technical and sales support
• Collaborate with team members and ensure project completion
• Coordinate with technical support and field engineers
• Mentor junior staff
• Conduct customer visits for system startup, troubleshooting, and training

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Experience in control systems implementation and services
• Degree in Control, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science
• Experience with Aveva System Platform SCADA
• Ability to produce specifications and engineering documentation
• Strong business, technical, and communication skills
• Analytical and planning skills
• Willingness to travel
