An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to support the day-to-day running of the Discovery Medicine North Doctoral Training Partnership (DiMeN DTP), a network of PhD students based across five universities in the North of England.
This varied role will work alongside the DiMeN manager to support all aspects of the partnership, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the DiMeN DTP. Responsibilities include supporting student recruitment processes, responding to student enquiries, maintaining systems and records, and ensuring effective communication across the network.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a positive attitude, and work with high accuracy and attention to detail. You should be a competent user of Microsoft Office and Google packages, experienced in maintaining databases, and comfortable working with budgets and finances. Experience with content management systems for website editing is desirable.
