Job summary

Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd in London is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading building services provider on a high-profile commercial site in Victoria. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems, coordinating contractors and liaising with client stakeholders.

The role requires a formal electrical qualification and at least 5 years of commercial building services maintenance experience; you will drive safety,

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of commercial M&E infrastructure.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage client-facing communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver PPMs and reactive tasks for commercial systems (electrical & mechanical).
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors and track progress with the client and Account Manager.
• Log and manage work orders using a PDA system; ensure safe isolation and RAMS.
