Job summary

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a dedicated Progress Tutor for a leading Further Education College in the Greater Manchester area. This full-time, temporary position starts on 7th September and offers a rate of £19-£25 per hour.

As Progress Tutor, you will provide tailored student support, monitor progress, and collaborate with teachers to align interventions with learning needs, helping students reach their personal and academic goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a tutoring or academic support role (ideally within a post-16 education setting).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in supporting young people and contributing to their success.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of students effectively.
