Colchester Institute is seeking a dedicated Progress Destination Tutor to support students, helping them progress to positive destinations and improve retention and achievement across the College. The role focuses on pastoral guidance and targeted Personal Development activities within a supportive environment.
The position is term-time only (38 weeks per year), 22.2 hours per week, with a salary in the £28,686.84–£31,284.24 per annum range. Training and progression opportunities are available.
