The Education Network North is seeking a Progress Lead / HLTA for a North Tyneside school to provide targeted support and help lead learning activities. You will be involved in delivering one-to-one and small group support and promoting a positive learning environment.

Experience with young people, a valid HLTA qualification, and strong communication are essential. DBS checks will be completed through the agency, and safeguarding standards apply.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people within the past 2 years.
• Must be a qualified HLTA.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for education and student development.
• Fully enhanced DBS or willingness to apply via agency.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to students.
• Assisting with learning activities in and outside the classroom.
• Supporting students with SEN and learning difficulties.
