South Devon College is seeking a passionate Learner Progress and Attendance Coach to work in Paignton. You will join the Wellbeing, Participation and Development team, supporting learners, tutors and families to remove barriers, raise attendance and engagement, and promote wellbeing.
The role focuses on personal support to help learners succeed within term-time schedules. You will need Level 3, Level 2 English/Maths, and ideally a coaching qualification.

We're looking for a learner-focused individual with a Level 3 qualification, Level 2 English and Maths, and ideally a coaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one). You will have experience supporting young people, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively with learners, tutors and colleagues. You'll be adaptable, able to manage competing priorities, work independently and as part of a team, and maintain accurate records. Most importantly, you'll be committed to raising aspirations, promoting learner wellbeing, and upholding the College's values of equality, safeguarding and child protection.
