Job summary

Parexel International is seeking an experienced Biostatistician to lead study design, analysis, and reporting. You will oversee statistical deliverables, advise on protocols, and supervise a team within globally distributed resources to ensure high-quality results for client studies.

You will apply advanced statistics, coordinate with other departments, and ensure analytical integrity across proposals and lifecycle phases, while mentoring junior members and representing Parexel in client

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Statistics (or equivalent) plus a minimum of 5 years industry (or directly relevant) experience OR Ph.D. in Statistics (or equivalent) plus 4 years of industry related experience
• A thorough understanding of the statistical aspects of clinical trials
• Experience in statistical analysis in a clinically related subject, within clinical trials
• SAS programming or R programming skills (desired)

Responsibilities

• Supervise, advise and review complex analysis strategies and execute them using efficient programming techniques (SAS, R)
• Foster teamwork by performing intricate statistical analyses and providing input to statistical reports
• Share knowledge by contributing to analysis plans and statistical reports
• Be a proactive advisor for all types of analysis from proposal through project life cycle
• Review analysis data sets and quality control all statistical analysis deliverables
• Coach and mentor junior department members
