Job summary

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to support Elective Reform, delivering projects on a fast-paced action plan and engaging stakeholders across the Trust. You will analyse information, prepare reports, and work with clinical and operational leads to implement improvement plans while maintaining momentum and ensuring governance is followed.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent knowledge with recognised PM training.
• Experience in programme and project management environment.
• Proven track record of providing high level project management support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders in Elective Reform.
• Analyse information and make recommendations to senior staff.
• Support development of improvement and programme delivery plans and monitor milestones.
• Prepare reports and presentations for programme boards and governance groups.
• Provide training and guidance to Operational Leads and administrators.
