Citizens Advice Warrington is recruiting a senior leader to drive the Crisis & Resilience Fund programme, bringing voluntary and statutory services together to support financial resilience.

You will lead programme delivery, build partnerships, earn trust, create momentum, and align Alliance work with CAW’s wider services and community networks.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and working alongside the Chief Operating Officer, you will shape strategy and oversee partner relationships.

Formación

• Experience delivering programmes in voluntary/public sector.
• Ability to build and lead partnerships.
• Proven track record of working with diverse organisations.

About the role

Citizens Advice Warrington is leading a major Crisis & Resilience Fund programme, bringing voluntary and statutory services together through the Warrington Financial Resilience Alliance.

Our shared ambition is to help people move from immediate crisis towards greater stability, resilience and longer-term recovery.

We are looking for someone who combines practical programme delivery experience with the ability to build and lead a partnership. You will:

• earn trust
• create momentum
• help organisations with different strengths and responsibilities work towards shared outcomes.

As a member of our senior leadership team, you also will work closely with the Chief Executive and alongside the Chief Operating Officer as a peer. You will lead programme delivery and partner relationships, connecting the Alliance’s work with CAW’s wider services and community networks.
