Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Programme Partner to support apprenticeship and trainee programmes within our People Development Team. You will manage a portfolio of apprentices, trainees and associate contract managers, building strong relationships and driving successful learning outcomes.

The role is 24 hours across 4 days with hybrid working and in-office presence most weeks. Travel to business units or venues may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships across a large organisation.
• Experience managing your own workload and priorities independently.
• Strong organisational skills with oversight of programmes or projects.
• Accurate and detail-focused with solid administrative and record-keeping ability.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and a passion for development of people.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with learners, managers, mentors and training providers.
• Independently manage a portfolio of apprentices and development programmes.
• Champion coaching culture and support managers to develop talent.
• Coordinate programme delivery with internal and external partners for quality and timely completion.
• Seek opportunities to improve processes and learner outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end learner recruitment across multiple campaigns.
