Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Programme Partner to lead apprenticeship and development programmes within our People Development Team. You’ll manage a portfolio of learners across the Painting division, guiding recruitment through to programme completion and ensuring high-quality learner experiences.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, coaching and coordination skills, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships across a large organisation.
• Experience coaching managers and mentors to develop talent.
• Strong portfolio management of apprenticeship or development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with learners, managers, mentors and training providers.
• Independently manage a portfolio of apprentices and development programmes.
• Champion a coaching culture to improve learner experience.
• Coordinate programme delivery with internal and external partners to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Identify process improvements to boost learner outcomes and programme effectiveness.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment campaigns for learners.
