As a Programme Office Project Assistant (Associate), you will ensure high-quality service delivery within the Project Management capabilities of the EMEA Workday Services business unit, demonstrating best practices. You will provide administrative support and play a key role in managing and delivering projects efficiently.

You will work with the EMEA Workday Services Delivery team and report to the EMEA Delivery team lead. In this fast-paced environment, prioritizing workload and completing tasks promptly is essential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up projects and maintaining systems.
  • Assisting with revenue and cost recognition.
  • Managing project financials and reporting.
  • Approving timesheets and expense claims.
  • Supporting month-end invoicing.
  • Routing and delegating PMO support requests.
  • Managing weekly timesheet completion.
  • Dispatching invoices.
  • Collaborating with client PMO teams for smooth project execution.
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed.

Minimum (Essential) Requirements:

  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade A*-C) or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with the ability to learn new software.
  • Strong organizational skills and confidence in managing communication channels and meetings.
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work efficiently, make decisions under pressure, and prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively.
  • Previous administrative experience in a relevant environment with a personable, dynamic, and collaborative approach.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, PMO Associate, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with PSA software like Kimble or Workday.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including charts, pivots, and formulas.
