A leading Lloyds' Syndicate is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a significant £6M Transformation Programme aimed at enhancing Technology capabilities within Finance, Data, and Reserving sectors. This role involves managing multiple project workstreams, including Financial Systems and core Reserving capabilities, while ensuring effective stakeholder management at the C level. The position offers a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact in the insurance market over an 18 to 24-month term, starting in January or February. The role will manage 4 project workstreams all overseen by internal Project Managers:
Must have experience of IT Finance & Reserving Projects within the insurance market.
Must have exemplary C level stakeholder management experience and skills.
