Job summary

Go Live Theatre is seeking a full-time Programme Manager to drive the charity’s education work in London and across England. The role will curate and run inclusive projects to meet those needs.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and running arts education programmes.
• Strong planning, organisational and evaluation skills.
• Excellent communicator, creative and energetic.
• Ability to manage budgets and work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating with schools, venues and producers.

Responsibilities

• Budget management and periodic budget forecasts.
• Keep abreast of trends in arts education for children.
• Attend conferences/seminars and represent GLT.
• Maintenance and updating of the CRM database (Beacon).
• Work with Marketing to keep GLT website pages up to date.
• Prepare activity reports for quarterly Board meetings.
