Our plug-and-play model eliminates the risk and complexity of legacy software, enabling our clients to rapidly deploy, scale and innovate at a fraction of the cost. From customised front end mobile apps and online banking portals, through core banking and CRM to the general ledger and a data lake, the platform can be consumed in whole (“Bank-in-a-Box”) or in part, as required.
Our technology stack has gained positive attention from multiple players globally and over the past 12 months we have engaged and continue to engage in meaningful discussions and over the coming months, we will prioritise empowering businesses in the UK and Neo Banks globally to revitalise their existing technology stacks and to develop innovative new platforms.
Our dynamic integration frame and architecture allows the platform to scale globally with many components adaptable to other geographies.
About the Role
As a Programme Manager (Lead) at Monument Technology Ltd (MTL), you will oversee the implementation of a portfolio of client contracts. This includes managing concurrent, large-scale programmes alongside smaller projects and workstreams.
You will work cross-functionally, from early engagement with the Commercial team to support bids and define delivery models, through to programme initiation, execution, and handover to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations. Delivery approaches may vary, so adaptability across methodologies is essential.
You will lead teams within a matrix structure, collaborating with internal MTL colleagues, external partners, and client stakeholders. The role includes full accountability for governance, reporting, financial tracking, and successful delivery outcomes.
A key element of this role is to contribute to the standardisation of our delivery model, promoting repeatable, scalable best practices across all implementations.
