Travis Perkins Cardiff South is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead the branch team, drive daily sales activity and deliver outstanding customer service. You will manage operations across fleet, tool hire and the Benchmarx showroom, while coaching colleagues to achieve their potential in a fast-paced branch environment.

You’ll be focused on building strong relationships, hitting targets, ensuring safety, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a leading UK building materials
