Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG is seeking a Programme Manager in Bristol, UK, for hybrid working with three days in the office. You will be responsible for delivering defined work packages within cost, time and quality constraints, while applying project management best practices across the Electrical Business within Rolls-Royce Solutions UK.

You will secure and manage resources, develop budgets, and maintain essential documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification preferable or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 5 years experience in project management or equivalent.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams would be an advantage.
• Security clearance may be required for UK national roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, delegate, monitor and control all aspects of the project to meet time, cost, quality, scope and benefits targets.
• Secure resources from internal or external providers and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Create and maintain integrated plans and schedules for the package of work.
• Lead schedule reviews, report to executives, and ensure adherence to company project management processes.

Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place.
