Job summary

Bluprintx is seeking a PMO professional to lead one or two large client programmes across Adobe, Salesforce, data and AI. You’ll own the delivery end-to-end and serve as the client’s single point of operational accountability, reporting to the PMO and Program Lead.

You’ll run governance, manage budgets and risks, coordinate cross-workstream workstreams, and partner with vendors to keep programmes on margin. This is a fully remote UK role with right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in programme or senior project management.
• Consultancy or agency delivery experience.
• Front-office technology exposure (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, data or AI).
• Budget/forecasting/margin management experience.
• Calm governance under pressure.
• Honest, clear communication with executives.
• Equally at home in strategy and technical delivery.

• Manage third-party vendors and partners, holding them to scope, timelines and cost.
• Keep the programme on margin day to day, feeding budget and revenue reporting into the account's commercials.
• Spot where the client needs more and bring those opportunities to the account team.
• Plan ahead for continuity so the programme keeps momentum as workstreams close and new ones start.

The Role

You’ll run one or two of our biggest client programmes, each with several workstreams moving at once across Adobe, Salesforce, data and AI. You go deep on a single client, owning the operational relationship and the programme's delivery end to end. You’re the client's single point of operational accountability, working alongside a commercial partner who owns the account. You’ll report into our PMO and Program Lead, with room to shape how each programme runs. Deliver it well and the account grows with you.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in programme or senior project management, running enterprise programmes with several workstreams at once.


• Consultancy or agency delivery experience, working directly with senior client stakeholders.


• Front-office technology exposure, ideally across platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, data or AI.


• you've managed programme budgets, forecasts and margin, and you know what moves them.


• Calm governance under pressure, running steering committees and handling escalations without losing the room.


• Honest, clear communication that keeps executives informed and delivery teams pulling in the same direction.


• Equally at home in strategy and tech, able to connect a boardroom conversation about business outcomes with the technical detail of how the workstreams will deliver them.
