Job summary

Bluprintx is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our delivery team. You will be embedded with client teams, working inside their systems and data to deploy BPX capabilities across marketing, content, CRM and data, with AI-driven workflows behind them.

You’ll work in short iterations: ship a first release fast, learn from real usage, and improve each cycle while balancing judgment with technical delivery.

• Comfort with ambiguity, moving from problem to live deployment without a fixed spec to follow.

The Role

You'll be embedded within our most critical clients, working inside their team, their systems and their data. You'll be the connection between what the client needs and the full expertise of the BPX team, deploying BPX capabilities across marketing, content, CRM and data, with AI and agentic workflows behind them. You'll work in quick iterations: a first release live in weeks, then improved with each cycle, until the client depends on it daily. This is a role that rewards judgment as much as skill: knowing what is worth deploying, and saying no to what will not pay back.

What you’ll do
