Job summary

Bluprintx is seeking a Programme Manager for its UK remote operations to run large client programmes, spanning Adobe, Salesforce, data and AI workstreams. You will own the end-to-end delivery and maintain the operational relationship with the client, reporting to the PMO and Programme Lead.

You’ll drive governance, budget control and cross-workstream coordination while enabling the account to grow through proactive opportunity spotting and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in programme or senior project management overseeing enterprise workstreams.
• Experience delivering for senior client stakeholders in consultancy or agency settings.
• Exposure to front-office tech across platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across all workstreams and align to a single client outcome.
• Govern programme governance from steering committees to dependencies and escalations.
• Provide honest status updates and risk visibility to executives.
• Manage resourcing, financials and cross-workstream reporting.
