Job summary

Servaada is seeking an experienced Centre of Excellence Lead - Project Management to elevate PM capability across the business in Telford. You will lead the PM Centre of Excellence, shaping standards and templates to drive successful transformation, regulatory, migration and business change initiatives.

You will coach PMs, strengthen governance, and promote knowledge sharing across delivery teams, with strong stakeholder engagement and leadership required for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Project or Programme Management experience within financial services.
• Experience creating and embedding project management frameworks.
• Knowledge of waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and leadership capability.
• Understanding of governance, financial management, risk management and benefits delivery.
