Job summary

The Talent Set is partnering with a leading UK charity to recruit a Programme Manager for an approx. 6-month digital transformation programme.

You will oversee the project from discovery through to implementation, testing, launch and stabilisation, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and time while protecting supporter experience and fundraising income. Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex digital, technology, CRM, payments or platform implementation programmes.
• Experience overseeing programmes from discovery through to go-live and stabilisation.
• Strong programme planning, budget management, risk management and change-control skills.
• Experience managing external suppliers and implementation partners.
• An understanding of digital customer journeys, online forms, payments and CRM integrations.
• Experience leading testing, cutover and service transition activity.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience within fundraising, charities, membership, ecommerce or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
• Experience with platforms such as RaiseNow, Salesforce, Drupal or WordPress would be helpful but is not essential.

Job description

The Talent Set is delighted to be partnering with a leading national charity to recruit a Programme Manager for approx. 6 months.

This role will lead the delivery of a major digital transformation programme, replacing the charity's existing online forms and payments system with a new platform. The Programme Manager will oversee the project from discovery through to implementation, testing, launch and stabilisation.

Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will ensure the programme is delivered within the agreed scope, budget and timeframe while protecting supporter experience and fundraising income.
