Job summary

Gravitas Group, in partnership with a university, seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead a major Student Record System transformation. The role begins immediately on a 6-month contract with extension likely, and requires 2-3 days on-site in the Liverpool area.

You will manage end-to-end delivery across academic, professional services and senior leadership; influence stakeholders and ensure embedding changes into BAU, with a strong HE background.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end large-scale transformation programmes within Higher Education.
• Ideally delivered a Student Record System implementation, otherwise other university-wide transformations considered.
• Strong HE background with understanding of the full student lifecycle.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across academic, professional services and senior leadership teams.
• Track record of delivering complex change initiatives from inception to embedding into BAU.

Gravitas is partnering with a university currently undertaking a Student Record System implementation and is looking to engage an experienced Programme Manager to lead the programme.

Contract Details

• Immediate start
• Initial 6-month contract with likely extension
• £600-£650 per day
• Outside IR35
• 2-3 days per week onsite in the Liverpool area

Key Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end large-scale transformation programmes within Higher Education
• Ideally delivered a Student Record System implementation, although experience leading other major university-wide transformation programmes will also be considered
• Strong Higher Education background with a solid understanding of the full student lifecycle
• Experienced Programme Manager with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across academic, professional services and senior leadership teams
• Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering complex change initiatives from inception through to embedding into BAU
