Job summary

TESTQ Technologies LTD. in Belfast seeks an experienced Transformation Delivery Lead to drive complex, cross-region programmes with accountability for strategy, benefits and risk across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 12 years experience in programme/portfolio or transformation delivery with a sustained track record.
• Experience leading large, complex, globally distributed change portfolios to agreed outcomes.
• Deep SAS migration knowledge incl. dependencies, data lineage, cutover, and decommissioning.
• Governance, RAID, benefits realisation across programmes.
• Ability to influence executives and negotiate with internal/external stakeholders.
