Job summary

TESTQ Technologies seeks an experienced transformation leader to drive large, enterprise-wide change programs in regulated industries. You will own governance, benefits realization, risk management, and cross-functional delivery across regions and functions.

The role demands a sustained track record of delivering complex programmes, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across senior leadership to align priorities and secure resources for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12 years experience in programme portfolio or transformation delivery including a sustained track record.
• Experience leading large complex and globally distributed change portfolios to agreed outcomes including timelines, budgets, risk, and benefits.
• Extensive experience directing largescale platform and data migration transformations including SAS environments.
• Able to govern option analysis, target-state direction, roadmap development, and readiness planning across multiple programmes.
• Strong ability to challenge technical proposals, assess tradeoffs and make enterprise-level delivery decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leadership through subordinate managers performing diverse activities across cross-discipline teams.
• Drive governance, RAID, and stage-gate processes with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Influence executive and senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, risk, security, and suppliers to secure agreement on priorities and sequencing.
• Ensure responsible delivery pacing, timely decisions, and accountability across multiple workstreams and global teams.
• Guide negotiations and maintain effective internal and external communication to protect program outcomes.
