Job summary

Doctors.net.uk, part of M3 Inc, is seeking a Programme Manager to lead first-in-class digital campaigns for global and UK clients. You will drive profitable delivery, streamline processes, and ensure an outstanding client experience from kickoff to close.

In this role you’ll manage complex campaigns, liaise with clients, oversee budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations and Client Partnership to deliver integrated solutions that meet objectives and regulatory standards.

• Educated to degree level (life sciences or project management desirable).
• Minimum of 2 years working in a project-focused role.
• Strong communication skills – oral and written.

Job Description

The Programme Manager’s aim will be to deliver first in class digital campaigns. They will also contribute to continually improving our delivery service - ensuring our programmes are profitable, our processes and procedures are efficient, and our clients have an outstanding experience working with us.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global and UK digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the main contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement project strategies that align with client goals and industry standards, driving innovation and best practices within the agency.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations and Client Partnership, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
