Job summary

TXP is seeking an experienced Programme Management Lead to establish and lead the PMO for a high-profile transformation programme within a large public sector organisation. Location options include London, Bristol or Manchester with 1 day per week on-site.

The role demands strong governance, controls, and reporting capabilities, plus proven leadership of a multidisciplinary PMO team and delivery of technology-enabled change programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven PMO establishment or transformation experience.
• Strong governance and controls experience.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled change programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership.
• Relevant qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, ChPP, MoP or equivalent.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience establishing or transforming a PMO within a complex programme or portfolio environment.
• Strong programme controls expertise, including risk, dependency, assurance, benefits and change management.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled change programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Relevant qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, ChPP, MoP or equivalent.
