Access Creative College is seeking a Programme Leader for Software Development and Games to guide a cohort of up to 100 students through their studies. You will manage learner progress, provide regular tutorials and coordinate examinations, ensuring high standards of wellbeing and achievement.

You will split your time between leadership duties, professional development sessions and targeted teaching in Software Skills and Data Application, delivering about 12 face-to-face tutorials each week.

Qualificações

• Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant professional qualification and/or experience.
• A minimum Level 4 teaching qualification, with Level 5 desirable.
• Experience of teaching and supporting learners within Further Education.
• A proven ability to support student progress, achievement and positive outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a cohort of up to 100 students, supporting their progress, achievement and wellbeing.
• Deliver regular one-to-one tutorials and formal progress reviews, setting targets and identifying support needs.
• Monitor attendance, retention and achievement, proactively supporting students at risk.
• Plan and deliver engaging Professional Development sessions and specialist teaching in Software Skills and Data Application.
• Build effective relationships with students, parents, guardians, employers and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate examinations and assessments.
• Work closely with curriculum and student support teams to promote positive outcomes and inclusive practice.
• Contribute to quality assurance, curriculum development and wider campus activities.
