Access Creative College is seeking an enthusiastic Programme Leader for Software Development and Games. You will lead a cohort of up to 100 learners, guiding their progress, wellbeing and overall experience, with a focus on Professional Development and specialist Software Skills and Data Application.

You will deliver regular tutorials, manage assessments and work with curriculum and student support teams to promote positive outcomes and inclusive practice. DBS clearance will be required.

Qualificações

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification or experience.
• Minimum Level 4 teaching qualification, Level 5 desirable.
• Experience of teaching and supporting learners within Further Education.
• Proven ability to support student progress and positive outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a cohort of up to 100 students, supporting progress and wellbeing.
• Deliver regular one-to-one tutorials and progress reviews with targets.
• Monitor attendance, retention and achievement; support students at risk.
• Plan and deliver Professional Development sessions and specialist Software Skills/Data Application teaching.
• Build relationships with students, parents, employers and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate examinations and assessments; contribute to quality assurance and curriculum development.
