Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Programme Manager to lead multiple teams in a high‑impact ecommerce migration programme. You will drive delivery across workstreams, manage risks, budgets, and third‑party vendors, and partner with the Account Director to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include governance, resource planning, and stakeholder management, with a focus on Agile delivery and transition from Waterfall to Agile.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• Experience leading multiple teams and budgets in ecommerce projects.
• Proven ability to deliver complex programmes on time and within budget.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across the programme and ensure alignment with business case.
• Identify risks, produce governance reports, and maintain delivery standards.
• Define ways of working and ensure adherence across lifecycle.
• Manage dependencies, develop programme-level plans, and track progress.
• Guide project managers and oversee resource planning across teams.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and vendors.
