Change Grow Live in Exeter is looking for a passionate Programmes Facilitator to deliver psychosocial group interventions and to facilitate the Atlas Programme at HMP Exeter. This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week and based in Exeter, with full‑time hours.
You will engage groups, conduct assessments, provide motivational one‑to‑one support and work with prison staff and partner agencies to promote recovery, behaviour change and successful reintegration. DBS check is required.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
