The Programme Engineering Manager (PEM) is responsible for overseeing and managing an established engineering team consisting of different engineering disciplines aligned for the successful delivery and value recognition of the programme.
Responsible to the Senior Programme Engineering Manager, the PEM is required to work closely with the engineering teams to support and lead the delivery of complex devices, consisting of hardware, software and courseware components, interacting with multiple stakeholders from suppliers (who may be within Raytheon UK, or external) to the customer and end-users within UK MOD.
This will be achieved through managing and supporting the engineering teams in planning, execution and delivery of tasks, on schedule and to budget. The PEM shall identify risks and opportunities early and work with the wider engineering team to record and manage these for the benefit of Project Delta.
Primarily home-based but must be prepared to travel to support internal and customer meetings and duties.
