About the Role
As the Programme Engineering Manager for one of the associated programs, you’ll be the crucial connection between the Sizewell C Technical Directorate and our delivery programmes. You’ll be embedded within your programme, ensuring the seamless integration of technical expertise to meet objectives and priorities.
In this role you will:
Lead and co‑coordinate a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary engineering team drawn from the Technical Directorate, Delivery Programmes and Nuclear Services. As a PEM you'll have responsibility for managing direct reports, with a growing team engineers within the Technical Directorate.
Provide visible, proactive leadership to the multi‑disciplinary team, offering clear direction, expert guidance and timely support to enable individuals and teams to deliver against demanding project objectives.
Lead by example setting and reinforcing the expected project behaviours, culture, and standards and creating an environment where accountability, collaboration and excellence are the norm.
