Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead a major, complex digital infrastructure and connectivity transformation within a highly secure public-sector environment. The role is Corsham, Wiltshire, 3 days onsite per week, with a 12-month contract and active SC clearance.

The selected candidate will set strategy, governance and assurance for the programme, manage senior stakeholders, oversee multi-supplier activities and drive benefits realisation and risk management.

Qualifications

• Large, complex programmes require senior level governance and risk oversight.
• Experience leading programme-level delivery across multiple suppliers.
• Defence/government or similarly regulated environments experience is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Recognised programme management qualifications such as MSP, PRINCE2 or APM.

Job description

Rate: Up to £1,211 per day, Inside IR35
Clearance: Active SC clearance required

Essential Experience

• Significant experience leading large, complex programmes at Programme Director level.
• Strong background in digital infrastructure, networks, telecommunications, connectivity or communications programmes.
• Experience delivering major transformation within Defence, Government or similarly complex/regulated environments.
• Strong programme governance, assurance and risk management experience.
• Commercial, procurement and multi-supplier management experience.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and leadership capability.
• Recognised programme/project management qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2, APM or equivalent.
