An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide high quality management and administrative support to the Administration and Programmes Team (ADAPT).
ADAPT provides comprehensive programme management support to several research awards within the International Public Health and Clinical Science departments. The portfolio includes large, trans-disciplinary research consortia as well as supporting the work of individual team members. The successful candidate will assist projects to achieve their research objectives through contributing to and supervising the provision of research, managerial and logistical support.
Key responsibilities will include:
Project monitoring and evaluation
Coordination of travel, events and meetings
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with experience working on large projects, ideally within an academic environment, and an understanding of the funding environment for research in the UK and Internationally. The successful post-holder will demonstrate:
