Programme Coordinator (known internally as Delivery Officer)

Location: Remote + 2 days per week in Paddington, London Office

Employment Type: Full-time

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join as a Programme Coordinator / Delivery Officer. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of their programmes.

This is a dynamic and varied role, perfect for a personable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about social impact.

About Our Client

At our client, Circl, they believe in a world where anyone can learn to lead, regardless of their background. They champion a new kind of leadership – one rooted in empathy, inclusion, and empowerment.

Their unique Circl Leadership Development Programme trains professionals from top businesses alongside Future Leaders (18 – 24-year-olds) from underrepresented and lower income backgrounds using a "coach approach" to leadership.

They have already made an impact, partnering with businesses like McKinsey, Lidl, Barclays, Google, Meta, and many more.

Position Overview

As a Delivery Officer, you’ll manage multiple programmes from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all participants.

Programme Delivery & Participant Engagement:

  • Interview and onboard Future Leaders.
  • Organise and host launch events.
  • Act as the main point of contact for participants (Professionals and Future Leaders), coordinating programme activities and keeping them informed.
  • Support facilitators in running group sessions, ensuring smooth operations (e.g. breakout rooms; tech support).
  • Monitor attendance, engagement and 121 progress, ensuring participants stay on track.
  • Gather and review feedback, taking a data-driven approach to identifying potential improvements and sharing insights with the team.

Process & Relationship Management:

  • Proactively keep the wider team updated on programme progress and collaborate closely with colleagues managing client relationships.
  • Build strong relationships with Future Leaders, business professionals, facilitators, and the team internally.
  • Document and improve day-to-day operations and processes, driving efficiency and best practices.

Who are they looking for?

They are looking for someone with the right mindset, skills and passion for their mission, but they value potential over "perfect" experience.

Must-Haves:

  • Passionate About Social Impact – Motivated to make a difference and work for a purpose-driven organisation.
  • Experience in an office-style environment – Some exposure to professional settings, with confidence in email management, scheduling and coordination, and comfortable with digital tools such as Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
  • Highly organised – Able to manage multiple tasks, ensure smooth coordination of programmes, and pay close attention to details.
  • Strong communicator – Confident in engaging with professionals and young people, both in writing and when presenting.
  • Adaptable & Proactive – Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with ease.
  • Team player – Works collaboratively in a hybrid, close-knit team, supporting colleagues proactively.
  • Self-Starter – Takes initiative and works independently to achieve goals.
  • Data-Driven & Improvement-Focused – Uses insights and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in programme support, learning delivery, or administration, ideally in education and training, social enterprise, non-profit, or corporate learning environments.
  • Experience in organising, coordinating or managing projects, programmes, or events.
  • Experience working with young adults.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • A keen eye for process improvement to enhance programme delivery.
  • Commercially Aware – Seeks to understand their social enterprise model and its impact.

They encourage you to apply if you have transferable skills from other fields that align with this role!

Why Join Our Client?

At Circl, you'll be part of a team creating meaningful social impact. Here's what to expect:

  • Autonomy – The opportunity to take ownership of your work and drive meaningful change.
  • Ambition – A role at the heart of a growing organisation, where your contributions have real impact.
  • A Supportive Team – You'll work alongside a collaborative and inclusive group of people who care about what they do.
  • 37 days’ holiday each year, with bank holidays and a Christmas shutdown included
  • Minimal internal meetings on Fridays, with opportunities for an early finish
  • Regular team socials
  • Potential for EMI share options
  • Access to hundreds of perks, discounts, and freebies from their employee benefits platform Pirkx

  • 1-2 online video interviews with the Hiring Manager and other team members.
