Leadership & Management:

Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, working under a dedicated Senior Manager and/or Director. Lead and develop junior team members around IPA.

Engage directly with senior stakeholders on the client side (e.g., Programme Directors and CFOs), articulating risks and recommendations from IPA work. Collaborate with internal senior teams to secure resources, deliver, and sign off work.

Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:

Contribute to risk management activities over large, multi-year, multimillion-pound engagements. Ensure adherence to all KPMG risk processes, given the high-risk nature of IPA work.

What will you be doing?

• Understand end-to-end business transformation ERP programmes, including challenges and requirements for programme assurance.
• Comprehend critical workstreams such as PMO, business change, business architecture, testing, data, and transition, leading focused reviews in these areas.
• Identify key risks throughout the programme lifecycle and determine necessary mitigations.
• Translate observations into risks with clear impact statements and practical recommendations.
• Manage multiple IPA tasks (stage gates, deep dives) and coordinate with other assurance activities, communicating effectively with internal Q&A teams using appropriate language (1st / 2nd / 3rd line).

Lead a junior team to deliver high-quality outputs under pressure, such as health check reports, stage gate reviews, and readiness assessments for client progression.
