Job Title: AIS Programme Assurance Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced AIS Programme Assurance Manager.
Working Location
London, Victoria
*Expected to be in the office and/or on-site at least 3 days a week*
Key Responsibilities
- Devising and delivering a major works assurance programme, including creating a programme of works, reviewing high-profile technical projects, revising scopes, liaising with stakeholders, and leading remedial projects commissioning.
- Leading and managing multiple housing-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with the objectives of the Housing Assets, Investments, and Standards directorate.
- Preparing regular project updates, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, tracking milestones, timelines, and budgets.
- Supporting and driving the directorate’s major works governance and transformation activities.
Reporting Line
Reports to the Interim Head of Major Works.
Additional Responsibilities
- Supporting the production of a capital major works programme.
- Collaborating with external providers to quality assure housing stock condition data.
Candidate Requirements
- Motivated, proactive, and flexible.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in asset management and capital major works delivery.
- Housing-related technical project experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to quickly understand technical delivery requirements.
- Proficient in convening and leading project teams, establishing project controls.
- Skilled in risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder, contractor, and resident engagement skills.
