The KPMG Consulting function is a cornerstone of our business, operating from London to serve the country with diligence and expertise.
KPMG is one of the world's largest and most respected consultancies. We have supported the UK through various times, including war, peace, prosperity, recession, and regulatory changes. We proudly stand beside the institutions and businesses that shape the UK.
Our services span disciplines such as Strategy, Forensic, Risk and Regulatory, People and Talent, and Operational and Financial Transformation. We immerse ourselves in our clients' organizations, applying sector knowledge and technology solutions to deliver optimal outcomes and ensure first-time right delivery.
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously under the guidance of a Senior Manager and/or Director. Lead and develop junior team members in IPA skills and experience. Engage directly with senior stakeholders (e.g., Programme Directors, CFOs), articulating risks and recommendations effectively. Collaborate with internal senior teams to secure resources and deliver work.
Contribute to risk management activities on large, multi-year, multimillion-pound engagements. Ensure adherence to all KPMG risk processes, given the high-risk nature of IPA work.
Lead junior teams to deliver high-quality outputs under pressure, such as health check reports, stage gate reviews, and readiness assessments.

Our shared values foster a strong sense of identity and growth, supporting flexible work patterns and inclusivity, including applications from those who have taken career breaks.
