Job summary

KBR, Inc invites applications for aProgramme Assurance Coordinator to support the Programme Assurance Lead in optimising assurance activities across the PPP programme. Based in Cumbria or Warrington, you will collate and report assurance information to enable data-driven decisions.

You will develop templates and guidance, coordinate the assurance community of practice, and work with Project Teams to implement improvements and monitor benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Projects, Programmes or Portfolios.
• Understanding of Assurance in a Project environment.
• Ability to create and maintain high-quality reports that engage stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft packages to collate, analyse and report data.
• Excellent communicator with ability to build strong networks and work on behalf of the Programme Assurance Lead.
• Experience supporting improvement activities and delivering benefits.
• Hold or eligible to apply for UK security clearance.
• Due to security, sponsorship is not offered and applicants must have right to live and work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Programme Assurance Lead in optimising assurance activities across PPP.
• Develops templates, tools and guidance to standardise assurance across the Programme.
• Coordinates the assurance community of practice within PPP through forums and communications.
• Works with Project Teams to provide guidance on assurance standards and expectations.
• Identifies opportunities for assurance improvements by integrating with Project Teams.
• Collates and analyses assurance data to drive improvements and monitor benefitsRealisation.
• Develops assurance reports on behalf of the Programme Assurance Lead.
• Supports the development of assurance training and education packages.
