Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quality management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with audit and compliance processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 9001 and other management system standards.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain, and improve the Quality Management Framework across PPP.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and related standards.
  • Prepare and present KPI data and audit findings to auditees and stakeholders.
  • Conduct independent audits and other assurance activities as required for the quality capability.
  • Interface with Sellafield Ltd, PPP contractors, and major projects to ensure unified quality and safety.
  • Promote Nuclear Safety expectations and standards across the organisation.
