About The Role

The Programme and Outsourcing Manager oversees partnerships with Visa and manages outsourced services or third-party vendors. This strategic role requires knowledge of payment systems, vendor management, and compliance with fintech regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with all card scheme rules, becoming the in-house expert on VISA requirements.
  2. Map out processes for migrating programmes from sponsored models to our own EMIs, managing these projects.
  3. Map outsourcing and third-party relationships, identify risks, and communicate changes to the management team.
  4. Manage daily operations with key providers like VISA, Marqeta, LHV, ClearBank, JP Morgan.
  5. Drive operational topics such as BIN cleanups, configurations, tokenization, and card fulfilment.
  6. Own responsibilities related to card scheme compliance, intra-group outsourcing, outsourcing risks, and tracking card-related assets.
  7. Manage programmes in EMI, Financial, and Compliance domains as per regulatory needs and company vision.
Requirements
  1. Experience in mapping processes for programme migration and project management in Payments/Operations/Compliance.
  2. 5+ years in fintech, banking, or payments sector.
  3. Specific experience with card networks, especially Visa.
  4. Product and project management experience, familiar with agile methodologies.
  5. Direct experience with card issuing, processing, and settlement operations.
  6. Experience managing key partnerships with Visa, Marqeta, banking partners.
  7. Understanding of outsourcing risks and effective communication skills.
