Job summary

Incubeta is seeking a Programmatic Manager to lead strategy, performance, and client relationships across a portfolio of programmatic and display accounts. You’ll bring deep expertise across DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and other DSPs, shaping tailored strategies and driving measurable growth.

You will own end-to-end programmatic strategy, drive account growth, and apply data-led insights, testing frameworks, and automation to scale performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading programmatic campaigns across DSPs (DV360, Trade Desk, Amazon DSP).
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and growth.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, setup, and optimisation of programmatic campaigns across platforms.
• Lead client communications and articulate performance insights and recommendations.
• Develop testing roadmaps to improve targeting, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Manage budgets and forecasts to meet client KPIs such as CPA and ROAS.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and automation developments.
