Amazon Shipping is looking to hire an analytical, technically skilled, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Program Manager who can drive innovation and streamline processes and tools.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead and oversee sprint planning, execution, and review meetings, ensuring timely delivery of sprint goals and objectives.
• Build reporting and monitoring systems to generate insights efficiently for our customers.
• Review existing tasks and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity.
• Ensure process and tool parity across all operating geographies.
• Implement new methodologies and tools to deliver for customers with speed and quality.

A day in the life

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project priorities and resource allocation.
• Manage and prioritize project requests using Asana, evaluating their alignment with organizational goals.
• Standardize best practices across projects and teams.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Deliver key programs to build reporting and monitoring capabilities within the team.

About The Team

The SWA Operations Center (SWA-OC) serves as a central support and execution function for Amazon Shipping, focusing on core tactical responsibilities across all operations teams. It aims to run, maintain, and strengthen operational processes to provide top-tier service quality to our customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience using data and metrics to define and implement process improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean analytical techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience managing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
